Daniel Holland

Owner

Daniel Holland grew up in Springville, Alabama and has been in the building industry for sixteen years. His passion for building began at a young age after growing up around residential construction. Daniel is a graduate of Auburn University’s Building Science program. Him and his wife, Morgan, are parents to their two-year-old son and infant daughter! In his free time, Daniel loves to hunt, fish, and play golf.

Clay Messer

Clay Messer grew up in Beauregard, Alabama and is a graduate of Auburn University. Clay grew up in the residential home repair and remodeling industry. He enjoys working for a company that genuinely cares for its customers and employees. He is married to Brentley, and they have two wonderful children. In his free time, Clay enjoys bass fishing, golfing, and spending time outdoors.

Mitchell Beers

Mitchell Beers grew up in Vestavia Hills, Alabama and has been in the building industry for eight years. He is a graduate of Auburn University. Mitchell has been married to his beautiful wife, Regan, since September 2019. Mitchell loves to hunt and spend time on beautiful Lake Martin.

Evan Kelly

Evan Kelly grew up in Rock Creek, Alabama. He attended both Highlands College and Auburn University. Evan is married and has two children. One of Evan’s favorite things about Holland Homes is his love for the team and how determined they all are to provide not only an excellent product, but an excellent experience. In his free time, Evan loves to vacation in the mountains and enjoys hiking and fishing.

Spencer Cothran

Spencer grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and completed his undergraduate and master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. He has been working in the development industry for almost 2 years, spending time in Nashville and Auburn. In his free time, Spencer enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors and with his wife Hallie and their two dogs River and Chip. His favorite part about working for Holland Homes is sharing the same values and vision with his coworkers and creating the best possible communities for our customers.

Hunter Finklea

Hunter Finklea grew up in Eclectic, AL and graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from UAB. He lives in Jemison, AL with his dog Molly near his family, and he is the proudest uncle of his niece and nephew. His 10+ years spent in CAD (Computer Aided Design) programs, inventing and assisting in developing some of the largest land developments in North America, have prepared him well to serve the Southeast communities. If he is not 3D rendering, you will find him doing anything from fishing and climbing with his niece and nephew to woodworking in his workshop.

Jeremiah Bruce

Jeremiah Bruce grew up in Lafayette, Alabama and has been in the building industry for 16 years. He is married, and he has four brothers and four sisters. Jeremiah loves being a part of the Auburn community.

Ellie Watkins

Ellie is from Troy, Alabama where she attended Troy University. In her free time, Ellie enjoys going to the beach and the lake as well as spending time with her friends and family. Ellie’s favorite part of working for Holland Homes is getting to work for a company that strives for excellence in everything they do!

Morgan Holland

Morgan Holland grew up in Athens, Alabama before attending Auburn University. Morgan married her husband, Daniel, in 2022 and together have a son and daughter. She loves people and is passionate about helping people find a place to call home. Morgan’s favorite part about her job is meeting new people and celebrating with them as their home ownership dreams come true. She loves that Holland Homes does more than build houses; they take care of people. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hosting friends, and trying new desserts. Morgan will walk with you every step of the buying process and is ready to help you find a place to call home!

Erica Williams

Erica Williams was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, until she decided to attend college at Auburn University. She grew up with both her parents working in the lumber and residential building community and is excited to be working in such a fulfilling field. Erica has been a dancer most of her life and continues this passion by teaching at a dance studio in Opelika. She has grown up with a love for football, and she cheers for the Auburn Tigers and the Steelers!

Jason Kilgro

Jason Kilgro is from Priceville, AL and graduated from Highlands College. He is married and has 2 kids, Charlotte Magnolia and Jack Simpson. Jason has experience in Insurance and Property Restoration and is now turning his focus to residential construction. He enjoys playing golf, listening to live music, and eating good food. Jason’s favorite part of working at Holland Homes is the family culture and the commitment to excellence from top to bottom.

Colby Swindall

Colby Swindall grew up in Eclectic, Alabama and has been married to his wife, Caroline, since March of 2017. Together they have one daughter, Stella. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events. Colby has been in the construction industry for more than ten years. Colby appreciates all of Holland Homes’ core values and how they truly set us apart from others in the construction industry.

Connor Borie

Connor Borie was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been in the construction industry for since 2018. Him and his fiancé, Savannah, have a white lab named Drake. Connor and his family  love spending time on Lake Martin and doing anything outdoors. Connor’s favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the strive for excellence in everything that we do!

Savannah Sheriff

Savannah is from Dawsonville, Georgia, where her family has deep roots and where she first developed a love for the building industry. She earned her degree in Interior Design from Lanier Technical College , where she received the Designer Spotlight Award, the program’s highest honor. Growing up around her father and grandfather, she learned early on that the work is about more than construction—it’s about building lasting relationships with homeowners.

Now living in Auburn, Savannah is a proud Georgia Bulldog who also appreciates the Auburn community and the friendships she’s built there. She loves being part of the team at Holland Homes, where a strong culture, shared purpose, and faith-centered values make her work especially meaningful.

Dan Sehy

Dan grew up in Evergreen, Colorado, where he developed an early appreciation for both the outdoors and hands-on work. With over 25 years in the construction and development industry, he has primarily focused on residential and mixed-use projects, building a career rooted in experience and leadership in the field.

He attended school in Colorado and continued to grow professionally through real-world experience. He’s been with his wife, Katie, for 15 years, and they’ve been married for four. Together, they have five children and three Golden Retrievers—Poppy, Olive, and Kevin—keeping life full and active.

Outside of work, he has a creative side and was the lead singer in a local band.

What he enjoys most about his role at Holland Homes is bringing concepts to life—creating spaces that people not only live in but truly experience. He values the company’s balance of thoughtful design and disciplined execution, making each project both challenging and rewarding.

Abigale Littles

Abigale is from Plant City, Florida. While she may not have a traditional construction background, she previously spent a year with Holland Homes and brings a unique perspective to her role.

She was married in 2019 and has two young daughters and a little boy, keeping life full and joyful.

Abigale loves planning weddings and events and enjoys just about any sport or sporting event.

What she enjoys most about her role at Holland Homes is having the opportunity to be involved in many different areas of the company. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and values being able to see projects from a high level while staying connected to the details that keep everything moving forward.

Sawyer Jones

Sawyer Jones, an Auburn native, has been in real estate for five years. He loves spending time with has wife, daughter, and two golden retrievers. Graduating from Auburn with a degree in Finance, Sawyer has a fondness for business and creativity, each of which he brings to Holland Homes.

Chelsea Hamm

Chelsea Hamm grew up in Ozark, AL and has recently moved to Auburn, AL to pursue a real estate career. She is looking forward to working with Holland Homes and developing lasting friendships with home buyers. She is happily married to her husband, Ryan Hamm. They have two little girls, Jaysea and Delaney. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys being on the water at Lake Martin or at the beach. My favorite part of working with Holland Homes is the value of the relationships they are passionate about creating.

Will Dorminy

Will Dorminy grew up in Dothan, Alabama and attended the University of Mobile where he met his wife, Melissa! They have six children together, two girls and four boys. Will is a huge sports fan. In his free time, you will find him playing any and all sports, spending time at Lake Martin or traveling across the world. Will’s favorite part of working for Holland Homes is knowing that the heart behind the company is to positively impact the people we serve in their home buying journey.

Holly Smith

Holly Smith grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and is new to the construction industry. Her education experience includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from AUM. Holly loves working for Holland Homes because of the great family atmosphere and team culture. In her free time, Holly enjoys going hiking with her husband, Ryan, and her two dogs – Duke and Daisy. Holly also enjoys attending the Auburn Gymnastics meets and is an avid Green Bay Packer fan.

Taft Ledbetter

Taft was born and raised in Opelika, AL, and graduated from Huntingdon College in Montgomery with a B.S. in Business Management. Him and his wife, Jess, will celebrate 10 years of marriage this May 2025, and together they have a son, Locke, 6, who keeps them on their toes. Their family also includes two loyal dogs, Sadie and Tucker, who have been with them for 11 and 10 years.

Taft has been in real estate sales since January 2018, with most of his career focused on new construction. Having spent years in the industry, he has seen firsthand how home building can feel overwhelming—often perceived as complicated, stressful, and financially out of reach. However, Holland Homes has redefined that experience, making it seamless, transparent, and rewarding for homeowners. Working with a team that not only excels in their craft but also understands the deeper “why” behind what we do is incredibly fulfilling.

Outside of work, you can usually find Taft on the golf course or enjoying anything that involves the outdoors. He also loves to travel, explore new places and cuisines with his wife.

Daniel Thompson

Daniel grew up in Chesapeake, Ohio and has been in the real estate business for 10 years.  Daniel graduated from Marshall University. He is a proud father of two sons, Asher and Max, and played Division II college basketball, which shaped his discipline and team-first mindset. He was named Rookie of the Year with Coldwell Banker in his first year and earned Rookie of the Year again the following year with a national homebuilder. Daniel values Holland Homes’ purpose of delivering quality homes with an exceptional experience and appreciates the strong culture built on teamwork, systems, and proven processes.

Winston Webb

Winston grew up in Pike Road, Alabama, and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has two years of experience in the construction and building industry. He is married and expecting his first child in April 2026, and he shares his home with two dogs: Fischer, a Great Pyrenees/Saint Bernard mix, and Phin, a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix. Fun facts: he got engaged at Toomer’s Corner, and he has visited 42 of the 50 states. He enjoys creating lasting memories for families through homeownership at Holland Homes.

Maria Smith

Maria was born in Detroit, Michigan and began her real estate career in Tampa, Florida and brings four years of industry experience to the Holland Homes team. She is a proud mom to two adult children and a loving grandmother to her granddaughter, Charlie Brooklyn. In her free time, Maria enjoys watching football, trying new restaurants, and going on road trips. She is drawn to the faith-based, family-oriented culture at Holland Homes and loves being part of a team that values community and connection.

Jennifer Sorenson

Jennifer has ten years of experience in the construction and homebuilding industry, she brings both knowledge and passion to her role at Holland Homes. A native of the Phenix City/Smiths Station area and a graduate of Smiths Station High School, she has deep roots in the community she serves.

As a proud single mother of two, she is driven by a strong sense of purpose both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys creative expression through furniture refinishing and acrylic painting. She has also lived in nine different states and has traveled extensively across the country, visiting nearly every region.

What she values most about her work at Holland Homes is the opportunity to genuinely help people. Being part of such meaningful moments in her clients’ lives makes her role feel less like a job and more like a passion project.

Bryson Franc

Bryson is from Fairhope, Alabama, where he developed a strong appreciation for community and connection. With roots in both Spain and Pittsburgh, he brings a unique perspective and a natural ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.

He launched his real estate career in August 2025 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama.

Bryson is passionate about building relationships and making the homebuying process personal and meaningful. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing Spanish guitar and classical piano, teaching beginner piano, and staying active through soccer—something influenced by his great uncle, a former player for FC Barcelona and one of the club’s top goal scorers behind Lionel Messi. He’s also a proud dog owner to his goldendoodle, Dixie. At Holland Homes, Bryson is driven by the opportunity to serve others during one of life’s biggest moments. Guided by his faith, he leads with care, builds lasting relationships, and is intentional about putting people first every step of the way.

Max Dailey

Max grew up in the Central Valley of California and graduated from Jefferson State University where he studied Construction Management. Him and his wife, MacKenna, have two dogs, Sturgill and Otis. He has been in the construction industry for over a year. In his spare time, Max enjoys spending time with his friends and family, golfing and reading. Max’s favorite part of working at Holland Homes is learning building science and the camaraderie

Zachary Dauwer

Zachary Dauwer grew up in Wiggins, Mississippi, but he moved to Hoover, Alabama in high school. He has three years of experience in the construction industry but has been on a job site since he could walk, since his grandfather was in construction. Zachary and his wife, Caitlin, have a dog named Delta. He enjoys cooking anything and everything. Fun Fact: Zachary is a member of the Alabama Army National Guard. His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the passion that everyone has. Everyone is so dedicated that it doesn’t seem like another day at work, but as if his coworkers have taken the opportunity to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Braden Hughes is from Springville, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University. He has been in the construction industry for 4 years.  Outside of work, Braden enjoys hunting, fishing, DIY projects and spending time with his cocker spaniel named Ash. Braden’s favorite part of working for Holland Homes is working for a company that not only believes in Christ but lives by those principles through their work and process.

Michael is originally from Millbrook, Alabama, he has joined the construction industry after spending 13 years in the landscaping field. He and his wife, Kelbi, have two daughters, Olivia and Ruthie. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He values the people and strong work culture that make Holland Homes an exceptional place to work.

Devin Carlee

Devin is from Robertsdale, Alabama, and attended Troy University. He has three years of experience in the construction industry, working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. He is married to his wife, Taylor, and has a son, Cooper, along with their dog, Waylon. He enjoys spending time outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, golfing, working on DIY projects, or simply being with his family. He values working for a company that shares his beliefs and strives to honor the Lord through his work and daily life.

Clayton Wilson

Clayton is originally from Carrollton, Georgia, and attended Robert S. Alexander High School in Douglasville. Before entering the construction industry, he spent five years overseas through stationing and deployment, developing strong discipline and a dedicated work ethic.

Clayton joined Holland Homes with no prior construction experience but a strong desire to learn and grow. He is grateful for the opportunity he was given and values the company’s faith-centered culture, which has helped strengthen his relationship with God.

He is married with a son and enjoys spending time with his family, which includes a golden retriever and a Persian cat. Outside of work, Clayton also enjoys playing competitive cornhole.

Parker Cameron

Parker is from Birmingham, Alabama, he is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate Development. Growing up with a father in construction, he developed an early appreciation for the industry and the craftsmanship behind building homes and communities.

As the oldest child, he values responsibility, leadership, and strong family connections. He is a devoted Auburn fan and enjoys all things sports, especially basketball. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church, where he enjoys serving, and he also has a passion for traveling and experiencing new places.

Joshua is from Beauregard, Alabama, and graduated from Beauregard High School. With eight years of experience in the construction industry, he takes pride in delivering quality work with strong attention to detail.

He is married to his wife, Samantha Bentley, and together they have three children—Hanna, Bubba, and Britney. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Kyle is from Phenix City. He has five years of experience in the building industry. He attended Glenwood High School and Columbus State University and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish. He is a proud father of two daughters ages one and seven.He values the problem-solving and teamwork it takes to turn plans into a finished home.

Mason Donaldson

Mason is from Smiths Station and has been in the building industry for 8 years, bringing a strong passion for teamwork and craftsmanship to the Holland Homes team. He attended University of West Alabama, where he continued pursuing his education while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz, whom he has been married to since 2020, along with their daughter Charlotte and son Beckett. He is an avid golfer and looks forward to introducing both of his children to the game as they grow up.

What Mason enjoys most about working at Holland Homes is the team-oriented environment and the opportunity to learn from people who are masters of their craft. He values being part of a company where everyone works together to keep things moving and create an exceptional experience for homeowners.

Austin Meek

Austin is originally from Montgomery, Alabama, and has been married to his wife, Lauren, since 2016. Together, they have two wonderful boys, Thatcher (5 years old) and Cohen (1 year old), as well as a playful wire-haired fox terrier named Ava.

Austin has two years of experience in real estate marketing, and has developed a passion for connecting people with the perfect homes and helping projects succeed through strategic planning and creativity.

In his free time, he enjoys playing piano and guitar, which allows him to unwind and express myself through music.

 He enjoys working at Holland Homes because we share a mission and relentless drive to refine and progress in all that we do, always keeping a strong focus on faith and staying grounded in God’s purpose.

Faith Rudolph

Faith comes from military family, which took her around the world before moving from Italy to Alabama eight years ago. She has over two years of experience in housing and leasing and four years in event management and public relations.  She holds a bachelor’s in public relations from Auburn University and a master’s in communication from Troy University. Outside of work, she enjoys ceramics, cheetah print fashion, and time with her orange tabby, Mango.

Mark Derzis

Mark Derzis grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Environmental Design in May 2023. In his free time, Mark enjoys hiking and mountain biking, spending time on Lake Martin or at the beach with his friends and family. Marks favorite part of working at Holland Homes is the sense of community the company provides. He enjoys working with his coworkers to solve problems and find solutions!

Pierson Hipp

Pierson grew up in Greewich, Connecticut and moved to Auburn to attend Auburn University. While he is new to the construction industry, his favorite part of working at Holland Homes is seeing the preparation that it takes to build a home and being part of a great staff culture. In his free time, Pierson enjoys going to the lake, hunting, serving at Church and spending time with friends!

Teyler Rudd

Teyler was born in Panama City, Florida and raised along the Gulf Coast. Teyler has been around the building industry his entire life. In 2022, he stepped into the field full-time, starting in window and door sales before moving into high-end custom residential design and ultimately joining Holland Homes. He and his wife, Katie, live in Opelika with their German Shepherd, Smoke. A fun fact about Teyler is he was a former scuba diving instructor in Honduras, he loves spending time on the water and enjoys Holland Homes’ culture of kindness and accountability.

Candice Barber

Candice Barber grew up in Alexander City, Alabama and is fairly new to the construction industry. She is married to her husband Andrew, and they have two beautiful girls. In her downtime, you can find Candice and her family on Lake Martin boating, fishing, and relaxing on the water. Candice loves what Holland Homes stands for as a company and is excited to grow and work with such an amazing team.

Patrick Pigg

Patrick is from Valley, Alabama and attended Auburn University at Montgomery. He is new to the construction industry but loves working at Holland Homes because of the family-like environment and how everyone on the team is made to feel valued. In Patrick’s free time, he enjoys running, playing golf with friends, doing projects around the house and watching Alabama athletics.

Ethan Fisher grew up in the Auburn area and graduated from Auburn University. He has been in the construction industry for more than 3 years. In his free time, he enjoys being outside, going hiking and playing golf. Ethans favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the sense of community that the team has and the extraordinary personal experience that we bring to our customers!

Josh Vaughn

Joshua Vaughn grew up as a self-confessed “military brat”, but spent most of his childhood in Prattville, AL. He attended Auburn University and earned a degree in Supply Chain Management. Joshua recently adopted an adorable German Shepherd puppy named Sasha. In his free time Josh enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games, and competitive shooting. His favorite thing about his job is the sense of community that Holland Homes is able to create both as a team, and in the neighborhoods we build.

Matt Vaughn

Matt was born and raised in Clovis, New Mexico. He attended Auburn University where he met his wife Shelby. Together they have a little girl, Adalyn Ruth and a dog named Oaks! In Matt’s free time, he loves to hunt, fish, and cook. While Matt is new to the construction industry, he loves that Holland Homes creates an environment of togetherness in the communities that we build!

Gavin McCollough

Gavin grew up in Beauregard, Alabama, and attended Beauregard High School. He has six years of experience in the construction industry and is married to Darby McCollough. They share their home with three dogs—Nina, Yogi, and Cookie—and three horses—Bart, Jack, and Little Face. He enjoys hunting and playing golf. His favorite thing about Holland Homes is the company culture; he values the people he works with and appreciates being part of such a hardworking team.

Reid Kemp

Reid Kemp grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia and is new to the construction industry. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Visual Media and a minor in Graphic Design. Reid and his wife Katie have 2 sons Ben and Hudson, and own two dogs. He loves to spend time golfing. Fun Fact: Reid is a huge Star Wars fan! His favorite part about working at Holland Homes is the family atmosphere and the fact everyone works together to provide an amazing home that future homeowners will enjoy.

Stephanie Edstrom

Stephanie Edstrom has always had an appreciation for architecture, originally inspired by her father who designed and built her childhood home in Atlanta. She graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, majoring in Fine Art and Graphic Design. Her creative experience spans from photography, two dimensional art, and graphic design to jewelry design and fabrication. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, travelling, music, the arts, and the beach. Stephanie is motivated by the hard-working atmosphere, ambitions, and positive values of Holland Homes.

Addi Jones

Addi is originally from Cumming, GA. She earned her degree in Interior Design from Auburn University and gained experience through internships in residential and hospitality design. She and her husband, a youth pastor, were recently married. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watercolor painting, and restoring their 1900s home. She loves using her design skills to make every house feel like a home.
