Holland Homes is building communities in multiple cities in Alabama and Florida! Once you have determined the city you are interested in living in, you may choose the community that best fits your needs.
Choose Your Floor Plan and Homesite
Choose from a wide variety of floor plans that are available in your desired community! Once you choose your favorite floor plan, visit the community map to see which homesite it is available on.
Review the Standard Features of Your Home
Each floor plan has a community specific set of standard features that come with your home. Make sure to review the features that are standard in your home!
Sign Your Contract and Pay Builder Deposit
The Holland Homes Sales Team can help navigate you through signing the contract for your home and submitting your builder deposit.
Meet With Our Design Team to Customize Your Home
Designing your Holland Home is a simple, streamlined process! View your community’s design guide to decide which luxury finishes you want to be included in your home.
Log Into the Client Portal for Weekly Construction Updates
After your home is under construction, you will receive weekly updates from your Project Leader on the progress of your home!
Blue Tape Walk Through With Your Project Leader
Once construction is complete, you will walk through the home with your Project Leader and Sales Team Member, sticking blue tape to any imperfections that you see! You will also have the chance to make sure all systems of your home are working properly.
Attend Your New Home Orientation and Final Home Walk Through
After all of your blue tape items have been completed, you will return to your home for a final walk through, as well as an orientation with our Homeowner Experience Team.
Receive Your Keys, It's Closing Day!
Happy Closing Day! After signing your closing paperwork, you will receive your keys and the home is yours!
Welcome Home!
For an entire year after your closing day, you will be protected under the Holland Homes warranty umbrella! Make sure to schedule your One Time Any Time visit during your warranty period so that our team can make their final visit to your home to make any necessary warrantable repairs.
